RENTAL MOBILE HOME

BOOKING CONDITIONS :

HOW TO BOOK :
The bookings are accepted :
by post to MONDIAL CAMPING - Route des Gorges de l'Ardèche - 07150 VALLON PONT D'ARC - FRANCE Sud,
by fax on 33 4 75 37 13 73,
by e-mail on reserv-mobil@mondial-camping.com,
or by phone on 33 4 75 88 00 44.
When we will receive your request, we will send to you the contract form by post, by fax or by e-mail.
We look forward to receiving your booking and advance payment within eight days.
The booking will be real and definite after you have received our confirmation and you have sent your deposit of 25% of the total amount due and 30€ for the reservation cost, not refunded.
After we have accepted your booking we will send you a confirmation.

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR STAY :
The remaining amount, being 75%, is to be paid on the day of arrival.

THE PRICE :
The price includes the rental of the mobile home for four persons maximum.
Water, electricity and gas.
Access to the swimming pool and entertainment.
Any extra persons will have to be paid for according to current campsite prices.
Tourist tax 0,55€ daily per person, for all persons over 13 years old, should be paid on arrival.

THE CAUTION :
On arrival a deposit of 160€ will be charged.
If the accomodation is checked before departure, the deposit is refunded immediately. If not, the sum will be sent to you in the eight days following your departure, after deducting possible damage costs or costs for missing objects.

IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION :
The paid amount will not be refunded, except in the case when the tenant can find a replacement tenant, who will accept the same conditions.

IN THE CASE OF AN EARLY DEPARTURE :
For whatever reason, the money will not be refunded.

YOUR STAY :
The accomodation is rented from Saturday 4 p.m to Saturday 10 a.m.

INVENTORY :
The equipement present in the mobile home will be made known by an inventory list.
The tenant is asked to verify the list on the day of arrival and to report any possible missing objects at the reception desk.

ANIMALS :
Pets are not allowed in the mobile home.

CLEANING :
The tenant is held responsible for leaving the mobile home in a clean state after ending the holiday, so that it will be left in perfect condition.
If the mobile home is not perfectly clean, 40€ will be deducted from the deposit.

REGULATION :
Every tenant has to respect the campsite rules.

The total stay has to be paid on the day of arrival.

The price includes the rental of the pitch.
Included, access to the toilet blocks and warm showers.
Access to the swimming pool and entertainment.
Persons invited by the tenant of the pitch, will have to be paid for according to current campsite prices.
Tourist tax 0,55€ daily per person, for all persons over 13 years old, should be paid on arrival.

IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION :
The paid amount will not be refunded, except in the case when the tenant can find a replacement tenant, who will accept the same conditions.
In the case you don't inform us about the delay, the reserved pitch will be regarded to be at our disposal as from 12.00 hours the following day, your silence will thus be regarded as a cancellation.

IN THE CASE OF AN EARLY DEPARTURE :
For whatever reason, the money will not be refunded.

YOUR STAY :
The pitch is rented : from the day of arrival at 14 hours, to the day of departure at 12 hours.

REGULATION :
Every tenant has to respect the campsite rules.
